GrootSchip® GS 60

Departure point for this design was a stylish, spacious and comfortable double-propeller ‘long range’ motor yacht with  fixed wheelhouse, completely in keeping with the GrootSchip concept: a perfect balance between beauty and authenticity.

This steel round-bilge yacht has a radiused transom, railing, coach roof, integrated swimming ladder and plenty of storage space in the afterpeak.  The yacht has an open staircase, 2 shower cubicles, 6 permanent berths in 3 cabins, and a maritime interior with matching furnishings (optional). Our interior designer monitors the project during the finishing stages to ensure that with the design is executed correctly and the finish and furnishings therefore correspond with the design. The galley is an open U-shape and on the same level as the saloon.
Standing height is 2.08 m in the saloon, and 2 m and 1.97 m respectively in the fore and aft cabins. Its draft of ‘just’ 1.45 m also makes inland waters are very navigable for the GS 60. The superstructure - with spacious wheelhouse, standing height 2.06 m - is low-maintenance mahogany woodgrain effect.
